"Are you always this happy?"  I hear that every now and again. While I am this happy, that doesn't mean I'm without flaws or issues. I have to continuously work on my health, my spiritual development, and my goals. My state of happiness stems from my understanding of how to tackle life's obstacles and move forward with peace and grace. I live for helping others find their own joy, center themselves, and crush their goals with Intuitive Counseling and Body Work.

 

A life-long learner, I've spent the last 25 years in and out of spiritual development. I first studied Reiki and chakra healing in 1999, and while it was my first love, I wanted to know everything about the human mind and body. I graduated from Ohio University with a B.A. in Psychology, and I hold current certifications in Hypnotherapy, specializing in Inner Child Work (Age Regression Therapy, Past Life Healing), Holistic Breathwork Facilitator, Shamanic Theology, and as a Reiki Master.

 

Additionally, I was Board Certified as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2001, and also spent years working in the fields of Yoga Nidra & Personal Training. If you have sensed a pattern, it's that I believe the Mind, Body, & Spirit compliment each other holistically and I have tried to learn as much as I can about healing from the inside-out. 

 

 I firmly believe we are ALL healers, and we each have the capability to use our inner guidance to rise above. Nourishing the Soul by developing and strengthening the Mind, Body, & Spirit, allows you to elevate yourself, raise your vibrational frequency, and find your true purpose.  And, I have a plan in store for YOU.
