Let's dive in! Utilizing my background in psychology, I take a holistic approach to helping you identify areas of opportunity that may be pressing to you. Those may range from improving a variety of relationships, feeling fulfilled with career endeavors, total body wellness, & inner child work and trauma healing. While those are the areas I specialize in, many times our conversations take us into the spiritual realm to help clarify and enlighten us together.
We'll start the session with you sharing what has brought you to this point of working with me. I will also ask you to share any beliefs and spiritual practices, if any, in order to suggest and recommend resources and solutions that align with your comfortability.

By the end of your session, will you have some much needed clarity and a plan of action. There are times I will send you additional resources following our call that may further support your journey. It is okay to just book one session and decide from there if you want to proceed on a path of continuous development. There is no wrong way to blossom.
