Ready to unwind? Get lost in relaxation during this 2 hour get-a-away that is co-designed by YOU, upon arrival. Prepare to choose all your favorite elements so that I can craft a tailored-made session just for you, from your aromatherapy or incense choices, down to your music. If you just want to relax, and not do all the choosing, I am happy to assist!
This in-person appointment begins with a custom guided healing mediation, hot towel treatment, and scalp massage. From there, you will relax with your music selection and aromatherapy choice to a 60 minute full body massage treatment. Our time together wraps with a 20-minute Tea Time (or coffee, water) allowing you time to journal and reflect on the meditation and to plan for the week ahead in terms of wellness and balance.
